Submit A Paper

Important

• ICSET 2025 does not accept final papers submitted by email.
• The full article must be submitted as a MS Word file in DOC or DOCX format (PDF format is not accepted).
• Before submitting your paper, please ensure that the English used is clear, concise and coherent. This is especially important if English is not your first language..
• The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
• After submitting the research paper, the scientific committee will nominate a publication venue for the author based on the quality of the research.

Available publication options:

• Processes Journal (ISSN 2227-9717) (MDPI): Publication fee is 2400 CHF, supported by the conference for outstanding research papers. Authors will be notified after uploading their paper on the CMT platform.
• Sustainability Journal (ISSN 2071-1050) (MDPI): Publication fee is 2400 CHF, supported by the conference for outstanding research papers. Authors will be notified after uploading their paper on the CMT platform.
• Springer Book Chapter: Publication fee is 300 USD.
