As Chairman of this distinguished scientific event, it is my privilege to be part of this leading global initiative.

The conference will be held under the esteemed patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on May 5–6, 2027, at Middle Technical University and Al-Naji University in Baghdad, Iraq.
